Delete your Verblinx account

You can permanently delete your Verblinx account and the personal data associated with it. Choose either the in-app option or email us if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Verblinx and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the menu, select Account, then choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your Verblinx account. Use the subject “Delete my Verblinx account” so we can identify and process your request.

Email a deletion request

Data that will be deleted

  • Your account email address and optional username
  • Your Verblinx account and device-linked identifiers
  • Your saved favourites
  • Your practice history and progress
  • Active password-reset records associated with your account

Deletion timing and retention

In-app deletion removes your active account data when the request is confirmed. Email requests are verified and processed within 30 days. We may retain limited information only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
